The location was amazing, just steps from all the famous spots 💖 The room was beautifully designed but noise from the street singers made it hard to sleep at times.

Il Tornabuoni The Unbound Collection By Hyatt offers a fine blend of modern elegance with classic touches. The room we stayed in was spacious with high ceilings, and the staff genuinely were pretty good too. The breakfast experience was fantastic, with good options and a warm atmosphere.
We had a small mix-up with the cancellation policy.

Staying at Il Tornabuoni was quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic, just steps away from major attractions in Florence. I loved the beautiful artistic touches throughout the hotel. The room I had was spacious with high ceilings, offering a comfortable and luxurious ambiance. Breakfast was great with a variety of good options, and the staff's attentiveness really made the mornings special. I appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts like fruit and cookies. The welcome could have been more organized, as I encountered some confusion during check-in. My room wasn't ready at the promised time, made for a slightly rocky start. I had a wonderful stay despite these minor setbacks.

This is my third stay at the hotel. I was recognised from last year's stay and upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe one. I actually stayed six nights, booking an extra night directly with the hotel. It is most convenient for shopping at my favourite shops, where I and a regular customer, to the Oltrarno, where I like to eat (excellent wine bars and smart restaurants as well as traditional ones), shop (many artisans' workshops) and wander, to the opera at St Mark's Church, and only 10 minute walk from smn stazione. The Concierge (Gino) and his off'sider, Angelo take immense trouble with helping one about travel arrangements or answering questions and are most pleasant to deal with. one stays here for the traditional Italian hotel edperience, not the boring international one of acres of marble and fountains in the lobby and a frightful coffee shop. Coffe is excllent here and the roof terrace is lovely.
Wireless in the rooms would be an advantage (although a laptop and a pc are provided free for guest's use and it is emphatically not a business hotel). The air con on the fourth floor is more efficient than on the floor above where I was last year.

The location was ideal for exploring Florence, with easy access to all the major attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. The spacious room was beautifully designed, providing a comfortable stay with high ceilings and lovely views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, especially the concierge who was helpful. We faced a minor issue with the cancellation policy which was a little frustrating. It was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely return.

Great location on Tornabuoni, walking distance to most "attractions" (ponte Vecchio, Ufissi, Palazzo Vecchio, San Marco etc). Good street, great for those who want to be close to luxury brand stores. Room and bathroom were a decent size for "italian hotel standards" considering I booked the standard room. Helpfull staff. Nice terrace. A lot of furniture and decoration are antiques.
Breakfast was not of a particularly high quality. Some of the room´s and bathroom´s furniture/fixtures were a bit worn and needed upkeep or a "face clean". For example the shower booth leaked heavily onto the floor.

This was a beautiful hotel with an enormous room, separate bathroom and then a separate toilet!!! Wonderful. The hotel is an old palace and there are gorgeous staircases and rooms near the bar/breakfast area that you can sit in and read, use the internet or just rest. Lovely breakfast area. Helpful and pleasant staff
Couldn't get wifi access in our room, but could get it on breakfast level. not a great choice for breakfast.
